Meet the Mangia Pizza & Pasta Co. Chefs! 

Chef Josh Mulnix, a Kalamazoo native, attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago. Josh has been working in the Kalamazoo area since 1999, primarily in fine dining. He enjoys expressing himself through cooking with fresh ingredients and with techniques that exhibit their natuaral flavors. 
Chad's love for cooking came to him early on when he started cooking along side his grandmother around the age of 8. For about 13 years now Chad has been working professionally in the kitchen. When he isn't preparing your favorite Mangia dish, Chad enjoys grilling up some spicy American Southwestern-style dishes.
